Principal members Nat Russell and Jason Parmer have over forty-five years of combined experience working at height on a wide variety of domestic and international projects. With experience in the film industry and the petrochemical industry, as well as building inspection and façade stabilization projects in New York City, East River Rigging brings a unique capability to any work-at-height solution. East River Rigging has also added a Chicago parter: Chicago Rappelling Solutions. Adding their experienced team allows East River Rigging to bring its services to the Chicago area.
