Principal members Nat Russell, Jason Parmer and George Cole have over forty five years of combined experience working at height on a variety of domestic and international projects.  With extensive backgrounds in rigging and Industrial Rope Access, the partners use their expertise and insight to both revolutionize existing industries and to participate in the development  of a new and rapidly growing field.

 

Nat Russell, Chief Executive Officer

Holding the ropes of his work like the reighns of his ever expanding career, whether sailing, movie set rigging, working as an arborist, or climbing skyscrapers. Nat is a determined and creative man at the leading edge of an advancing industry.

Jason Parmer, Chief Operations Officer

Well established and highly regarded by many of the industry's leading organizations, he has accumulated an impressive work history of specialization in a wide variety of IRA's variability.  Jason is a highly skilled and certified technician in an array of construction and inspection techniques.

 

  • fifteen years experience working-at-height in challenging and production orientated environments
  • countless projects in NYC as team leader ranging from Local Law 11/98 inspections to Emergency Response
  • onshore and offshore NDT and structural work in the petrochemical industry
  • broadcast and communication tower structural modification, maintenance, and construction
  • maintenance and inspection of some of the world's tallest human-made structures (up to 2000ft)

George Cole, Director of Rigging Operations

Raised in his family as a steeplejack, rigging in his father's company, he now owns his own business for over thirty years.  George holds a Master Riggers license with the NYC-Department of Buildings, a distinguished and rare certification for work in his field.
