With Industrial Rope Access we can safely work on any angle of any building. We efficiently access exterior and interior surfaces, as well as confined spaces and overhangs.

Our methods are extremely versatile, safe, quick to install, and have a very low public impact. We work closely with the New York City Department of Buildings to make sure that all of our work is permitted and legal. Our innovative approach can often suppliment and in some cases eliminate the need for scaffolding or cranes, meaning significant savings in time and money, without sacrificing safety. Our services include: 

- 11/98 inspections and other inspections

- Painting

- Façade stabilization (netting, bolting, helical ties)

- Masonry work, pointing

- Safety netting installation and removal

- Exterior electrical systems installation and maintenance (conduit, cable trays, lightning rods and grounding systems etc.)
